April Presentation: Arduino for the Terrified

Jack Purdum, W8TEE, will be presenting a talk titled “Arduino for the Terrified” at the Faith Church on April 12, 2018, at 7:30PM. Those attending may wish to bring a laptop with the Arduino IDE installed on it, which is a free download at:

You may also wish to bring an Arduino Uno/Nano/Mega to the talk so you can follow along on their own computer. The talk is aimed at people who have zero programming experience, but want to know more about how these devices work. Dr. Purdum is a retired professor from Purdue University’s College of Technology and has authored 18 programming texts, including Beginning C for Arduino and Arduino Projects for Amateur Radio. He has also had two recent articles published in QST on using Arduino microcontrollers in several ham radio projects and kit-building reviews in CQ magazine.

There is no charge for attending the presentation.
